**Answer first:** Naasher schedules Facebook content to **Pages**, not personal profiles. Create a free workspace, open **Accounts → Facebook**, finish Meta's official authorization, select the Page, then create the post in **Composer** and choose **Schedule**. The workspace's first successful schedule is recorded once; provider publication is confirmed later by Facebook's remote result.

## Prepare the Page

Confirm that the Page is published and that your account can create its content. Check Page access after team changes, because removing a role can invalidate an otherwise healthy connection. Prepare web-ready images or video before scheduling.

Meta documents programmatic Page publishing in the [Pages API posts reference](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/pages-api/posts/). Naasher uses that official authorization path and never asks you to enter a Facebook password into Naasher.

## Schedule the first Page post in Naasher

1. Open **Accounts**, choose **Facebook**, and continue to Meta.
2. Confirm the intended Page instead of accepting the first asset returned.
3. Open **Composer**, choose the connected Page, write the Page-specific copy, and attach up to ten images or one video.
4. Select the date, time, and time zone, review the preview, then choose **Schedule**.
5. After the slot, open the job result. Scheduling is the activation milestone; publication is successful only when Facebook returns a remote identifier.

## Build a useful Page calendar

Balance educational posts, proof, questions, and commercial offers. Write a complete opening instead of relying on a link preview. If the same campaign also goes to Instagram, adapt the hook and media crop rather than duplicating everything.

## Failure checklist

- Reconnect after an expired token.
- Restore the publishing role if Page access changed.
- Re-export rejected media.
- Check Facebook before retrying a timeout, because the post may already exist.

See the [Instagram scheduling guide](/en/guides/instagram) for the linked professional-account workflow.

## What was checked, and what was not

The Naasher team reviewed this guide on **August 31, 2026** against Meta's [official Pages API posts reference](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/pages-api/posts/) and the runnable Naasher connection, composer, scheduling, and provider-result paths. We checked that Naasher distinguishes Pages from personal profiles, authorization leaves for Meta's screen, the first schedule is recorded once, and a publish job is not counted as successful until a remote identifier exists.

That does not prove every Page type, media file, or country will always pass. Meta controls eligibility and permissions and may change them. We did not publish from every account type, and we do not state one universal video-size limit because constraints differ by surface and provider updates. For a critical launch, run an acceptance post against the exact Page first.

## Acceptance matrix

| CheckFailure | Evidence to collectRevoke access after drafting | Pass conditionThe error is actionable and retry does not duplicate the post |

Run the matrix for every new Page, not once per administrator. The same person can have different access across brand Pages, and changes to the owning Business Portfolio can change the result.

## Least privilege and offboarding

Never give a scheduler your Facebook password. Authorization should move to a Meta domain and return with a grant. Read the permission screen and stop if it requests destinations outside the work. When a teammate leaves, remove access from both Meta business settings and the scheduling workspace; removing only one side does not prove the entire path is closed.

Keep a quarterly register of connected Pages with the owner, reviewer, publisher, last test date, and upcoming critical campaigns. That register is more useful than a green token indicator because a grant can remain stored after the person's Page role changes.

## Test failure to test trust

A scheduler is not trustworthy merely because one post succeeds. In a non-critical environment, revoke the test user's access after scheduling a near-term post or submit a deliberately invalid media file. The tool should present an actionable provider reason, avoid duplicates, and keep a clear job record. Before retrying, check Facebook itself because the provider may have accepted a post before a response timed out.

For sensitive campaigns, assign a human monitor and a manual fallback. Automation reduces repeated work; it cannot eliminate provider incidents, permission changes, or bad media.

## Measure the result correctly

Choose the post objective first: reach, link visits, conversation, or video viewing. Compare like formats after the same age and separate paid from organic distribution. If Meta does not return a value, preserve it as unavailable instead of converting it to zero.

Run a four-week mix of formats and times, then review the best topic, opening, and slot for the account. The [Saudi and Gulf posting-time guide](/en/blog/best-posting-times-saudi) is a test hypothesis, not a universal clock.

## Operating checklist

- Before connecting: prove Page ownership, publishing access, and offboarding responsibility.
- Before scheduling: verify destination, copy, media, time zone, and preview.
- After the slot: require the remote identifier or permalink and open it on Facebook.
- On failure: check the network, correct the cause, and retry once.
- Quarterly: repeat a non-critical publish and record the verification date.

If the team needs pre-publish review, run the same acceptance post through the [practical approval workflow](/en/blog/social-media-approval-workflow) before moving the real calendar.

## AI agents and bulk source files

An agent or CSV row must resolve to the exact Facebook Page ID, not a name such as “main page.” Bind human approval to the Page, copy, media, alt text, URL parameters, scheduled instant, and version. Reject personal-profile targets and accounts outside the workspace allowlist.

Naasher does not currently promise a general CSV importer. If a controlled tool prepares rows, dry-run Arabic line breaks, links, media reachability, and UTC conversion, then create approved items through a documented product path. A timeout remains uncertain: inspect the Page before retrying. Use [AI agent publishing safety](/en/guides/ai-agent-publishing-safety) and [bulk CSV validation](/en/guides/bulk-scheduling-csv) for the shared controls.

## Turn this guide into your first scheduled Facebook post

The button creates your account, then opens Accounts with Facebook selected. Complete Meta authorization, open the composer after connection, and choose the first publishing time.

1. Create the free workspace.
2. Connect the Facebook Page on Meta's official screen.
3. Compose, select the Page and time, then choose Schedule.

## Frequently asked questions

Can Naasher publish to a personal Facebook profile?

No. Official management APIs publish to Pages for which you have the required role, not personal profiles. Select the intended Page during connection.

Does Naasher receive my Facebook password?

No. Authorization happens on Meta's own screen. Naasher receives only the access grant and Page details needed for the approved actions.

Why can a scheduled post fail after a successful connection?

Common causes are an expired grant, a changed Page role, or unsupported media. Naasher records the provider error so you can correct it before retrying.
