Publer belongs on a shortlist for teams whose main task is preparing a large publishing queue. Naasher is worth testing when Arabic editing and separate client workspaces are central. Choose from a real batch of work, not a list of logos.

**Reviewed 17 October 2026 by the Naasher team.** This is a vendor-authored comparison based on official documentation, not a paid hands-on Publer review. An earlier version incorrectly attributed an Arabic interface to Publer. Its [language guide](https://publer.com/help/en/article/how-to-change-the-language-in-publer-p4vzkz/) does not list Arabic. That does not mean Publer cannot publish Arabic text.

## What you are paying for

[Publer's plan guide](https://publer.com/help/en/article/what-are-publers-plans-and-pricing-15h4yqh/) lists Free with three accounts excluding X and ten pending posts per account. Paid plans allow unlimited workspaces, with account and member quantities affecting price. Professional includes bulk scheduling and RSS automation; Business adds analytics and recycling. Confirm the configured quote on [Publer's pricing page](https://publer.com/plans).

Naasher Free has two channels and ten scheduled posts per month. Its paid plans bundle channel and workspace allowances with unlimited members. Creator includes one workspace and eight channels; Team includes five and 30, with approvals. See [current Naasher pricing](/pricing).

For a studio managing four client brands with two accounts each, start with eight accounts, four workspaces, and the actual colleagues who need access. Naasher Creator's eight channels do not make it the right comparison: one workspace would not separate those clients. Team fits those counts. In Publer, configure eight accounts and the required additional members, then check the plan containing the needed features. This avoids treating a one-account entry price as a team quote.

## Bulk import is not proof of successful publishing

Naasher's [CSV guide](/en/guides/bulk-scheduling-csv) is a preparation worksheet, not a general customer CSV importer. Transfer validated content into drafts through supported product workflows and review it. Do not expect importing rows to attach every media asset, approve every post, or confirm a remote publication. Preview each network version, check the timezone, and resolve invalid rows before scheduling.

Use ten representative source rows to prepare drafts in both products: two with long captions, two with links, a repeated row, a date near a timezone boundary, and the media formats you actually publish. Measure correction work and inspect the resulting queue. We have not timed Publer against Naasher, so there is no speed claim here.

## Reasons to keep Publer

If RSS automation or evergreen recycling is central to your workflow, Publer's documented offering deserves a direct trial. Naasher's manual draft preparation is not evidence of equivalent recycling. Unlimited paid workspaces may also be attractive when you have many small client brands.

Naasher's Arabic RTL interface and included members may fit another team better. Validate that through a [mixed-direction draft](/en/guides/arabic-mixed-direction). Do not infer competitors' editing quality from their interface-language list.

## Check the remaining boundaries

Naasher approvals require Team or Agency and do not include review comments or immutable version history. Its inbox covers Facebook, Instagram, and Threads. Check [provider availability](/en/guides/provider-status-matrix), especially restricted paths, before moving a queue.
