# Naasher vs Hootsuite: approvals, seats, and Arabic work

Compare the approval process and billing unit before switching an Arabic publishing team from Hootsuite to Naasher.

Naasher is a candidate for Arabic organic publishing. Hootsuite deserves to stay on your shortlist when listening, reporting, or a more elaborate approval process is part of the deliverable. A lower subscription does not compensate for losing a required workflow.

**Source review: 17 October 2026.** This is written by Naasher, not an independent review. We reviewed [Hootsuite's official plans](https://www.hootsuite.com/plans), not a paid account. That page lists Standard, Professional, Advanced, and Enterprise. Standard covers ten social accounts; Advanced emphasizes approvals. It advertises a 14-day trial without a credit card. Prices depend on billing frequency and users; configure the actual plan before comparing. Earlier six-seat examples on this page used the entry price without establishing approval-plan equivalence and have been removed.

## Choose the workflow before calculating the bill

On Naasher, Team includes five workspaces and 30 channels; Agency includes fifteen and 100\. Both include unlimited members and the approval feature. Current monthly list prices are $49 and $99 respectively; [pricing](/pricing) owns current limits and checkout terms.

A six-person team managing three clients with four channels each needs three workspaces and twelve channels. That fits Naasher Team's allowances. It does not establish that Team replaces Hootsuite: write down the listening, reports, conversation sources, and security requirements first. Obtain the equivalent Hootsuite quote, including billing term and tax, before doing subtraction.

## Test Arabic work without assuming a competitor cannot do it

Naasher provides an Arabic RTL interface. That is useful only if the team can produce correct work. Use the [mixed-direction preflight](/en/guides/arabic-mixed-direction) with Arabic copy, a Latin handle, a number, a link, and final media. Check editing and the remote post in both tools. We have not tested Hootsuite's current composer here and do not claim that Arabic text is unsupported.

## Where Naasher is a poor fit

Do not select Naasher for social listening or paid-ad management. Its paid inbox covers Facebook, Instagram, and Threads conversations; that is not a universal cross-network inbox. Its approval lane does not supply immutable reviewed versions or review comments. Keep detailed feedback elsewhere and assess whether that is acceptable.

Provider access also matters. The [provider matrix](/en/guides/provider-status-matrix) distinguishes available paths from restricted access. A plan purchase cannot remove an OAuth or provider approval restriction.

## A reversible evaluation

Create one client workspace, draft a small week of content, invite a reviewer with the intended permissions, and test approval and final publication on an eligible account. Keep the old queue paused during the pilot so both tools do not publish the same post. Reconcile remote results before retiring it; follow the [migration runbook](/en/guides/migration-runbook).

[Create a Naasher account](https://app.naasher.com/sign-up) to test the composer on Free. Free does not include approvals; consult [free versus paid](/en/guides/free-vs-paid) before choosing a paid trial. Read our [editorial policy](/editorial-policy) for corrections.

## Test the workflow with your real accounts

Start free, then compare the composer, calendar, and channel limits with what your team actually needs before choosing a plan.
